BPM Basics
The aim of this seminar is to convey the fundamental knowledge and basic tools
of Process Management. An overall understanding of the importance of managing processes and the
knowledge of the essential main features of BPM is the elementary precondition for a successful
work in and with processes. In this seminar level the basic principles for a successful process
handling will be conveyed systematically. The participants of the seminar will learn the basic
understandings and essential terms for the application of processes in organizations. Further
principal component is the development of competence for the systematic identification, analysis
and documentation of processes. Besides the focus on content-related education, the transfer of
learning will be intensified and optimized by sufficient time frames for group work and the
exchange of experience. Therewith, the necessary basis for the successional seminars to the point
of the process manager is established successfully.
