The basis of BPM academy is the 4-step advanced training concept for the business process manager:
- After the impartment of the fundamentals of process management,
- the operational process management covers the controlling of processes, as essential task for performance creation.
- The strategic implementation of the process model in the corporate strategy for example by dint of the derivation of strategic process targets forms the core activity in strategic process management.
- The final part of the program is formed by the establishment of a process organization and the sustainable anchoring of a process culture.
Hereby, all seminars focus on the functional topic and to the same degree on the associate change management. One of the new focal points of BPM academy is the advanced training curriculum for consultants and managers ‘implement process management and IT-projects in the organization sustainably’.
In this, specifically for this target group
tailored and hitherto unique program in Germany we impart methods and competences for the creation
and guidance of change processes in the organization. This seminar is awarded with the certificate ‘
organizational developer for process management and IT’. It is supplemented by further seminars
