Trainer of the BPM-Akademie

Thilo Knuppertz, year of birth 1964, managing partner of BPM&O GmbH and BPM-Akademie GmbH, is a management consultant for business process management, risk management and strategy consulting. During his many years of experience as consultant and senior manager at Ernst&Young he gained lots of practical experience. These experiences also have been integrated in his current book ‘Controlling von Geschaeftsprozessen [Controlling of business processes]’ and ‘ Prozessmanagement fuer Dummies [process management for dummies]’.

Uwe Feddern, managing partner of BPM&O GmbH and BPM-Akademie GmbH, is a management consultant for organizational development and change management. He worked in the management of an international telecommunication concern for over ten years and lead international teams with several hundred employees. He is specialized in the training and consulting as well as coaching of management teams in organizational development- and change processes for 9 years now.

Sven Schnägelberger, year of birth 1961, managing partner of BPM&O GmbH and BPM-Akademie GmbH, is an analyst and consultant for business process management. Due to his activities, he possesses a profound overview of the BPM market. As founder and organizer of the BPM-Club, he actively actuates the promotion of business process management in German corporations.

Stefan Knickel, year of birth 1971, is specialist for process management in particular for IT-organizations. His professional main topics in the area of BPM include BPM-Governance, process management, process management maturity models, change management and business development. After first professional stations as consultant at PwC consulting GmbH and senior consultant at TellSell GmbH, he acted as process manager and project leader for the harmonization of sales processes as well as the attendance at the implementation of BPM-Governance at the DB Systel GmbH. He is assistant chairman of the BPM maturity model Eden e.V.

Frank Ahlrichs, year of birth 1961, is a specialist for controlling, process management and innovation management.  He has thirteen years of experience in different industries and leadership positions as well as ten years of consulting experience. Prof. Dr. Thomas Allweyer, year of birth 1967, represents the subject area business process management and corporate shaping at Fachhochschule Kaiserslautern [university of applied science Kaiserslautern]. During his activities at IDS Scheer and Emaro, a joint venture of Deutsche Bank and SAP, he gained lots of practical experience in process management. Charlotte Jäger, is an independent consultant for organizational development and trainer for group dynamics. She has several years of experience in the consulting of commercial enterprises and social facilities. Her fields of expertise are the organizational development, team development, coaching as well as training.
