Services and costs
The participation fee includes: lunch, drinks and seminar materials.
The mentioned seminar fees are net prices. 

Application
After submitting your application you will receive an E-Mail confirmation.

Terms of payment
The participation fee stated on the invoice is immediately due after the receipt of the invoice. Billing is carried out 4 weeks before the start of the seminar.

Contractual obligation
BPM Akademie reserves the right to change the event agenda or the course instructors. If the event cannot take place, the participants will be informed immediately. Already paid participation fees will be reimbursed without any deductions. Any further claims are excluded.

Cancelation/Rebooking
A free cancelation of the application is only possible until 4 weeks before the start of the event. If the application is cancelled less than 4 weeks before the start of the event the whole participation fee has to be paid.

BPM Akademie, Mr. Sven Schnägelberger, Altenberger Str. 19-21, 50668 Köln or via fax to +49-221-99261607. The nomination of a compensatory participant is possible at any time at no charge.
